Eilat-Today is an international language website magazine that publishes local news and reports on social, cultural, economic and tourism topics from Eilat City and its neighbors the kibbutzim, Aqaba City and Taba. Eilat-Today is the desert settlers' magazine, giving the community access to information that is as objective as possible and offers a new platform to express personal ideas, comments and articles.

Eilat-Today is the communication channel that supplements local Hebrew journalism, distributing every week the main published items, in an international language.

Who we aim to ?

Eilat-Today aims to keep those people who are not able to read and understand Hebrew, informed about current affairs. This web also aims to keep new immigrants, Diaspora Jews, potential tourists, tourism marketers, foreign workers and our neighbors across the Borders of Peace aware of what is going on.

For Hebrew speaking Israelis, surfing this web is advantageous-it helps improve their English, which is considered the second language in Israel, and is vital for communication both here and abroad.

Why the International Language?

We believe that as a modern, leading tourist city in the Middle East, Eilat City "must speak" an international language in order to have maximum exposure around the world.

We believe that the residents of this city, the neighborhood people and the businessmen can promote the tourism industry just as well as the professional entrepreneurs.

We believe that putting daily life in Eilat "on line" will make Eilatis more aware of the quality of services that should be offered to our guests.

Most important of all, we believe in building channels of communication in our community.

The editors of Eilat-Today hope that they will also be able to publish in other languages, such as Russian, French, Spanish and Arabic.

Enjoy.
